Hiring: Agencies Manager / Channel Partener – Real Estate Developer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Industry: Real Estate Development

Department: Business Development / Channel Partner Management

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and expand our national and international agency network. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with brokers, master agents, overseas partners, and channel networks within the UAE real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage partnerships with local & international real estate agencies.
  • Expand our global broker network across GCC, India, Africa, Europe, CIS, and Asia.
  • Conduct broker onboarding, training sessions, and project presentations.
  • Organize and lead roadshows, property tours, exhibitions, and international events.
  • Drive sales performance through incentives, marketing collaboration, and channel strategies.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure strong monthly contribution to sales targets.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams for smoother partner operations.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and promotional agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE real estate (development).
  • Proven background in managing agencies / channel partners / overseas markets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel for international partner meetings and events.
  • Network of active brokers is a strong advantage.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
