Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Channel Sales Manager to expand our partner ecosystem and drive revenue growth through channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances. The role involves onboarding, enabling, and managing partners to promote and sell our SaaS solutions across target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, resellers, and distributors for SaaS product sales
- Develop and manage strong relationships with channel partners to drive consistent business growth
- Enable partners through product training, sales support, and go-to-market strategies
- Drive revenue targets through indirect/channel sales model
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to support partner success
- Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of sales KPIs
- Conduct joint sales meetings, partner reviews, and business planning sessions
- Expand market reach through regional and strategic partnerships
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Channel Sales / Partner Sales
- Proven experience in partner acquisition and partner relationship management
- Strong understanding of SaaS business model and subscription-based sales
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive revenue through indirect sales channels
- Experience in B2B software or technology sales preferred
