About the Role:
We are looking for a Channel Sales Operations Manager for one of our esteemed client.
A leading real estate development company with years of experience and a strong track record in delivering landmark projects across various cities in China. As we expand our international footprint, we are actively developing premium real estate projects in Dubai. To support our business growth in the Middle East, we are seeking an experienced professional to manage our outsourced sales and marketing operations in Dubai
Job Responsibilities
External Partner & Channel Management:
Take full responsibility for managing outsourced sales and marketing partners in Dubai. This includes communication, coordination, performance tracking, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Sales Channel Supervision:
Oversee external sales teams and agency channels, monitor their performance, evaluate outcomes, and ensure delivery of agreed sales targets. Provide continuous feedback and optimization suggestions.
Strategic Market Intelligence (Dubai & ME):
Systematically analyze the intricate market environment, consumer behaviors, competitive dynamics, and regulatory landscape within Dubai and the broader Middle East. Deliver actionable market research reports, providing critical data support and strategic recommendations for executive decision-making.
Integrated Promotion Strategy & Deployment:
Conceptualize and execute comprehensive brand promotion and product marketing strategies. This involves leveraging diverse online and offline channels (e.g., social media engagement, regional exhibitions, localized events) to ensure maximum market penetration. Oversee performance tracking, iterative optimization, and attainment of strategic business targets.
Brand Leadership & Cultural Resonance:
Drive brand promotion initiatives within the Dubai market. Design and implement culturally nuanced campaigns that deeply resonate with target audiences, thereby significantly enhancing brand awareness, reputation, and establishing a compelling brand identity locally.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or above. At least 3 years of experience in real estate or related industries in Dubai or the Middle East. Prior experience managing external partners or sales channels is preferred.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of real estate sales logic and processes, with proven experience in managing or coordinating agency or outsourced teams.
Skills:
Strong market analysis, strategic planning, and project execution abilities, capable of independently addressing market challenges. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills to efficiently collaborate with internal and external resources. Goal-oriented with strong stress tolerance, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
