  • Channel partner management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, such as solar installers, contractors, and distributors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Sales and revenue generation: Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Drive sales through partner networks to achieve quotas and company goals.
  • Partner support and training: Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to ensure they can effectively promote and sell solar solutions.
  • Sales pipeline and reporting: Monitor and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance data. Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Market analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and regional dynamics to identify new business opportunities and provide strategic inputs to marketing and product teams.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams like marketing, logistics, and service to ensure smooth sales cycles.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Proven experience in channel sales, preferably in the solar, energy, or electrical industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong partner and client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM tools (like Zoho or Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Understanding of basic solar products (like inverters) and electrical concepts is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
