- Assist Account Managers in managing client accounts and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot problems via email, phone, or live chat.
- Process orders, track deliveries, and update clients on order status.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, or summaries for internal and client-facing use.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure service delivery.
- Monitor client account activities to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Support contract renewals, billing inquiries, and general account maintenance.
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations are met or exceeded.
