Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Paralegal

Bankruptcy firm seeks experienced chapter 7 paralegal - knowing chapter 13 is a huge plus, but not necessary. Candidates MUST be proficient at preparing Chapter 7 petitions, schedules, plans, filings, etc. Familiarity with software preferred. ECF exp required. MUST have excellent phone, follow up and communication skills with clients. Only those with a year or more of real experience will be considered.
