With chapters across the United States, Europe, and Asia, Fast Lane Drive creates world-class automotive experiences while raising significant funds for charity and building a powerful global community. We are looking for a Chapter Leader / Event Planner to lead and grow a local Fast Lane Drive chapter by organizing high-end automotive events, developing relationships with members and sponsors, and representing the Fast Lane Drive brand in their region.

Position Overview

The Chapter Leader is responsible for growing and managing the Fast Lane Drive community in their city. This role combines event planning, relationship building, marketing, and community leadership.

The ideal candidate is passionate about supercars, luxury experiences, and networking, and thrives in a leadership role that involves organizing memorable events and building strong relationships with high-level individuals.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

• Organize monthly exotic car drives and luxury events
• Coordinate venues, routes, sponsors, and logistics
• Ensure every event reflects the high standards and exclusivity of Fast Lane Drive
• Manage event registrations and member communication
• Work with the FLD media team to capture content

Chapter Growth

• Recruit and interview potential new members
• Maintain strong relationships with current members
• Represent Fast Lane Drive within the local luxury and automotive community
• Identify opportunities to grow the chapter through partnerships and events

Sponsorship & Partnerships

• Develop relationships with luxury brands, dealerships, restaurants, hotels, and venues
• Secure event sponsors and local brand collaborations
• Deliver value to sponsors through exposure and event integration

Brand Representation

• Protect and represent the Fast Lane Drive brand and reputation
• Follow corporate brand guidelines and operating systems
• Coordinate marketing and announcements with the corporate team

Community & Culture

• Foster a strong community among members
• Promote Fast Lane Drive’s philanthropic mission
• Ensure events remain welcoming, organized, and professional

Qualifications

- Demonstrable expertise in cars (8/10 knowledge level or higher)

- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in event planning or production

- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage complex events from concept to execution

- Outstanding communication and networking abilities, with confidence engaging high-net-worth clientele and industry partners

- An entrepreneurial mindset paired with a leadership mentality — someone who takes ownership and drives initiatives forward

- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while thriving as part of the global FLD team

- Background in events, hospitality, luxury brands, or the automotive industry is highly desirable

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
