Duties

• Provide dependable care with a strong focus on safety, structure, and routine
• Engage children through age-appropriate play, learning activities, and emotional support
• Incorporate themed or storybook-inspired elements (such as princess, fairy tale, or character-based play) when appropriate for the family
• Lead creative storytelling, imaginative play, and interactive activities that support child development
• Maintain professionalism and consistency while adapting energy and engagement to each child’s needs
• Follow family instructions, schedules, and expectations closely
• Communicate clearly with parents regarding the child’s day, needs, and progress
• Ensure a calm, positive, and supportive environment at all times

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children (nannying, babysitting, daycare, teaching, or related roles)
• Strong ability to engage children in a warm, patient, and nurturing way
• Comfortable with imaginative play, storytelling, and expressive interaction
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills with both children and parents
• Ability to maintain professionalism while incorporating themed or creative engagement
• Must enjoy working with children and supporting their emotional and developmental growth
• Performance, theater, dance, or creative arts experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
