Charge Hand- Construction

The Chargehand is responsible for supervising site labor, coordinating daily construction activities, and ensuring work is executed according to drawings, safety standards, and project timelines. The role requires hands-on experience in both villa construction and high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise site workers and assign daily tasks
• Ensure work follows drawings and quality standards
• Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and subcontractors
• Monitor progress and meet deadlines
• Enforce health & safety regulations
• Report daily site activities and issues

Requirements:

• 5–8 years’ experience in UAE construction
• Experience in villas and high-rise projects
• Knowledge of civil works (concrete, blockwork, finishing)
• Ability to read drawings and manage teams
• Basic English communication skills
