Job Summary:

Oxygen Home Health Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to lead our home care team. The ideal candidate must possess a valid DHA license and have a strong background in homecare, with ICU experience. Proficiency in Tagalog is preferred to ensure effective communication with our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.
  • Supervise nursing staff and assist in training and development.
  • Administer medications and treatment as prescribed, ensuring compliance with protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans and patient needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resolve issues.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Provide leadership and support to nursing staff in a home care setting.

Qualifications:

  • Current DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license.
  • Minimum of 1 year homecare experience.
  • Minimum 2 years ICU experience.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Tagalog is preferred for effective patient interaction.
  • Basic Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
