Position: Charge Nurse (RN)
Location: Englewood Health & Rehabilitation
Shifts Available: Full-Time
Competitive Pay – Based on Experience

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise nursing staff during your shift

• Ensure resident care plans are followed with precision and compassion

• Coordinate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications/treatments

• Uphold high standards of care, safety, and compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in Washington State

• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills

• A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly
