Chargehand (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide site workers for daily construction tasks.
• Assist Foreman/Site Supervisor in executing villa and high-rise building works.
• Ensure work follows instructions, drawings, and quality standards.
• Check availability of materials, tools, and equipment for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with workers to maintain productivity and workflow.
• Follow and enforce safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
• Support in preparing daily progress updates and manpower records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–7 years’ experience as Chargehand in UAE construction.
• Practical experience in villa projects and high-rise building works.
• Strong knowledge of civil works (concrete, blockwork, plaster, finishing).
• Ability to read basic drawings and follow technical instructions.
• Good team coordination and communication skills.
• Understanding of site safety procedures.
