Charity Fundraiser

Job Overview

Al Haq Foundation is looking for a motivated and honest Fundraiser to support our welfare, education, and community development programs. The role focuses on building relationships with donors, raising funds for ongoing projects, and representing the foundation in a responsible and transparent manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential donors including individuals, businesses, and philanthropists
• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns for orphan care, education, vocational training, and emergency relief
• Maintain regular communication with existing donors and supporters
• Prepare simple fundraising proposals, appeals, and reports
• Organize fundraising events, visits, and awareness activities
• Keep accurate records of donations and donor information
• Coordinate with the management team to meet fundraising targets
• Ensure all fundraising activities follow ethical and Islamic values

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Previous experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or NGO work is an advantage
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and social media
• Honest, trustworthy, and goal-oriented personality
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Qualities

• Passion for social welfare and community service
• Understanding of local donor culture and charity practices
• Good presentation and persuasion skills
