Responsible for preparing; scanning and quality control (QC) health records for correct chart order according to required standards set by hospital policies and procedures; Medical Staff Bylaws; Joint Commission Standards and Medicare and Medicaid requirements.

<li>Ability to operate; perform user maintenance; and troubleshoot high speed scanners.</li>
<li>Effective interpersonal skills when working with others.</li>
<li>Ability to pay attention to detail to ensure documents for the correct patient go in the chart.</li>
<li>Ability to handle confidential information.</li>
