Job Overview

We are looking for Qualified or Semi-Qualified CA/CMA professionals who are eager to start their career in US Accounting. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong accounting foundation and an interest in working with international clients and US accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage daily accounting operations for US-based clients
✔ Record and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks & FreshBooks
✔ Prepare general ledger entries, trial balance, and basic financial statements
✔ Support month-end and year-end closing activities
✔ Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
✔ Ensure compliance with US GAAP and client reporting standards
✔ Assist in tax filings and audit processes (under guidance)
✔ Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve accounting issues
✔ Maintain accurate documentation and financial records

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Qualified or Semi-Qualified CA / CMA
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / MBA Finance (preferred)
✅ Strong understanding of core accounting principles
✅ Hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks & FreshBooks (mandatory)
✅ Basic knowledge of US GAAP & US tax rules (preferred)
✅ Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools
✅ Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
