Compensation & Earning Potential:

• $25.00 per hour + gratuity
• Strong earning potential: $75,000 – $95,000 annually
• Consistent work opportunities with high-quality clientele

What You’ll Do:

• Safely operate a motorcoach on scheduled routes, charters, and special events
• Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
• Deliver a professional, high-quality experience for every passenger
• Assist with boarding, luggage, and passenger needs
• Maintain clean, well-presented vehicles
• Accurately complete logs and required documentation (ELD/DVIR)
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and leadership
• Adapt quickly and professionally to traffic, weather, or schedule changes

What You Bring:

• CDL Class A or B with Passenger (P) Endorsement
• Minimum 3 years of CDL passenger-carrying experience (required)
• Must be 25+ years old
• Clean driving record and safety-first mindset
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Ability to assist with luggage (up to 50 lbs.)
