We are looking for a personable and professional individual to be the first point of contact for our clients and the expert in handling all charter payments. As the face of our company, you will greet guests, manage the front desk, and ensure every financial transaction is handled with precision and discretion. This role is crucial to delivering the seamless, five-star experience our clients expect from a luxury yacht charter service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk & Reception:
- Greet all clients, visitors, and VIP guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
- Manage general email inquiries and office correspondence.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Payment Processing (Cashier):
- Accurately and securely process all charter payments using the card machine.
- Handle cash transactions, if applicable, and provide clients with receipts.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
- Reconcile daily transaction reports.
Client Service:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients arriving for meetings or charter departures.
- Provide basic information about services and direct detailed inquiries to the correct broker or manager.
- Assist with minor client requests to enhance their experience.
Schedule:
- This role requires flexibility to work shifting schedules, including weekends, early mornings, and evenings, based on the charter boat timetable.
Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications):
- A female candidate with a genuinely pleasant and engaging personality.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel, marine, or corporate environment.
- Must have prior experience operating a card machine and handling financial transactions.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional etiquette.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
- High level of discretion and trustworthiness.
- Comfortable with a flexible, shifting schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the yachting, luxury travel, or high-end hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
