Charter Sales Development Executive
DV Aviation is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven, and highly professional Charter Sales Development Executive to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in driving charter revenue growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering an elevated customer experience aligned with our mission of “Private Aviation Perfected.” This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the importance of white-glove customer service, and has a passion for private aviation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing charter clients.
Generate new charter revenue opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship management.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and lead-generation opportunities.
Assist with sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and client outreach efforts.
Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospective and existing clients.
Represent DV Aviation professionally at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
Performance Expectations
Consistently generate and cultivate new charter client relationships to support company revenue growth goals.
Maintain strong prospecting activity through networking, referrals, follow-up communication, and relationship development.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual charter sales performance goals and KPIs.
Demonstrate urgency, responsiveness, and professionalism with all client communication and trip requests.
Maintain high client retention through exceptional customer service and relationship management.
Proactively identify opportunities to upsell services and enhance the overall client experience.
Maintain strong data entry integrity and CRM documentation standards within company systems.
Contribute positively to department growth, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.
Uphold the company’s standards for white-glove customer service both digitally and in person.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain strong communication with internal departments including scheduling and the department head.
Support department initiatives focused on growth, and customer experience improvements
Uphold company standards, brand image, and confidentiality expectations
