Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in books of accounts finalization and preferably have exposure to IPO advisory or related financial consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle finalization of books of accounts, including preparation of Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Accounts.
• Assist in financial due diligence, audit preparation, and compliance reviews.
• Support clients and management in IPO advisory processes, including documentation, financial reporting, and coordination with auditors or merchant bankers.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC filings, etc.).
• Perform analytical reviews and provide insights for financial planning and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, finalisation of accounts, and financial reporting.
• Exposure to IPO advisory, corporate finance, or transaction support preferred.
• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting/ERP software.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
