Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage and strengthen our financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of accounting expertise, compliance knowledge, and business acumen to help drive the company’s financial health and decision-making process.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Maintain books of accounts in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.

• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

Funding & Capital Management

• Manage cashflow and working capital requirements.

• Optimize utilization of funds for business operations and growth.

• Evaluate and secure funding options when required (bank loans, credit facilities, etc.).

• Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and statutory audits.

Audit & Internal Controls

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

• Strengthen internal control systems and ensure adherence to company policies.

Lead and Oversee:

• Financial Audit – Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Book Audit – Verify completeness and correctness of ledgers.

• Inventory Audit – Ensure accurate stock tracking and reporting.

• Revenue Audit – Validate revenue recognition and reporting.

• Liaise with statutory auditors and regulatory bodies.

• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

MIS & Business Insights

• Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards for management review.

• Provide financial insights to support decision-making and business strategy.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (Ind AS), taxation, and compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or similar accounting software.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial modelling.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Leadership ability to manage junior team members and collaborate with management.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

• 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounts, or auditing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
