Chartered Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical abilities, solid technical knowledge, and the capability to work in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in accordance with IFRS and UAE regulatory standards.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support management decisions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, corporate tax regulations, and other applicable government requirements.
• Coordinate and lead external and internal audits, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key financial metrics to enhance business profitability.
• Develop and implement effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.
• Assist in preparing financial models, investment analyses, and feasibility studies as required.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Mandatory: Chartered Accountant qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in free zones or with multi-company structures.
• Background in audit firms or consultancy is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
