- Financial Management: Prepare and review financial statements and oversee overall financial operations.
- Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor project costs, prepare budgets, and track expenses against project budgets.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure timely tax filings (GST, income tax), manage tax planning, and handle audits or disputes.
- Project Accounting: Maintain project-wise financial records, track expenses, and monitor project profitability.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage liquidity, working capital, and cash flows for ongoing construction projects.
- Audit & Internal Controls: Coordinate audits and implement controls to ensure financial accuracy and prevent fraud.
- Bank & Financial Liaison: Manage banking relationships, prepare reports for loan applications, and secure project financing.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and tax laws specific to construction.
- Cost Estimation: Help estimate the financial feasibility of new projects and track project performance.
- Payroll: Oversee employee payroll, tax withholdings, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Reporting to Management: Provide regular financial reports, analysis, and advice to senior management.
- Contract & Legal Compliance: Review contracts and ensure financial terms align with company policies.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Manage construction material inventory and company-owned assets.
- Financial Forecasting: Provide long-term financial forecasts and identify potential risks and opportunities.
