About the Company

We are a reputed and fast-growing real estate group headquartered in Ahmedabad, engaged in the development of premium residential and industrial projects. As part of our expansion plans, we are looking to hire a senior Chartered Accountant who can lead our Finance & Accounts function and contribute to strategic financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Ensure statutory compliance with Income Tax, GST, RERA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgeting, MIS, financial planning, and cost control.
• Lead internal and statutory audits and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to management.
• Handle project-wise accounting, cash flow, and fund management.
• Build, train, and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry will be given preference.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, GST, and RERA compliance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with top management and provide financial guidance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
