We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage accounting, auditing, taxation, compliance, and financial advisory functions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, financial accuracy, internal controls, and supporting management in financial decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Reporting
- Maintain and oversee books of accounts in compliance with Accounting Standards (Ind AS / AS)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Finalization of balance sheet, profit & loss account, and schedules
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and reconciliations
Audit & Assurance
- Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, stock audits, and forensic audits
- Review internal control systems and suggest improvements
- Prepare audit reports, observations, and management letters
- Liaise with statutory auditors and regulatory authorities
Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
- Computation and filing of Income Tax returns
- Handling GST compliance: returns, reconciliation, audits, notices
- Advisory on tax planning and optimization
- Representation before Income Tax / GST authorities
Compliance & Regulatory
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws
- ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1, etc.)
- Monitoring changes in tax and corporate laws and implementing them
Financial Management & Advisory
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Cash flow and working capital management
- Financial due diligence and project feasibility analysis
- Support management in strategic financial decisions
Banking & Funding
- Preparation of CMA data, project reports, and MIS
- Liaison with banks and financial institutions
- Handling credit facilities, renewals, and documentation
- Support in audits by banks and financial institutions
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI
- [0–2] years / [2–5] years / [5+ years} of relevant experience (as applicable)
- Experience in CA firm / corporate / banking / consulting preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws
- Proficiency in Excel, Tally/ERP, GST & Income Tax portals
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and drafting skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Remuneration
