Job Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in Internal Audit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in conducting and leading audit assignments for financial institutions, along with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and lead internal audit assignments in line with the approved audit plan.
• Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes.
• Identify gaps, control weaknesses, and risks; recommend corrective measures.
• Lead and guide audit team members in execution of audits.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings, observations, and actionable recommendations.
• Liaise with management and other departments to ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support management in developing and enhancing internal control frameworks.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Experience: 2–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in internal audit of a financial institution (Bank/NBFC/Financial Services Company).
• Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver within timelines.

Compensation:

₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
