Chartered Accountant

· UAE Insurance Authority related Compliance and Financial Reporting for Quarterly & yearly submission of E- forms, Submission of Audited Finial Statements, various other reports etc.

· Working with Actuaries for Medical and Motor Pricing reports on half yearly basis.

· Monitoring closely and complying with all CBUAE notices and Financial matters.

· Finalization of Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet along with Financial Statement for OIC on a quarterly & yearly basis.

· Working with Actuaries and Auditors of the Company for complying with the Insurance Authorities Financial Regulations and managing submission of their reports to Insurance Authority

· Representing company to any inspection from IA, CAG related to compliance handled etc.

· Managing Corporate tax implementation, registration, etc.

· All VAT related compliance and reporting requirements for Company.

· Manage implementation of IFRS 17.

· Liaising with Banks for opening bank accounts and other bank related jobs.

· All Compliance with regards to AML and related tasks

· Managing all compliance as and when implemented by CBUAE.

· Not limiting to above, other tasks within the department will be added as and when required

Pay: AED8,500.00 - AED8,750.00 per month
