Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for our construction company to handle finance, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance related to construction projects. The role requires experience in project-based accounting and coordination with site teams and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts for construction projects (site-wise & project-wise)
• Handle GST, TDS (contractors & vendors), Income Tax compliances
• Manage billing, invoicing, and reconciliation for projects
• Prepare MIS, cash flow statements, and cost reports
• Coordinate with site engineers & project managers for financial data
• Handle statutory audits, tax audits, and assessments
• Liaise with banks, consultants, and auditors

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Experience in construction / real estate / infrastructure preferred
• Strong knowledge of contractor payments & TDS
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, accounting software
• Responsible, disciplined, and process-oriented approach
