Chartered Accountant

Responsible for delivering accounting and financial services to clients as

• Finalization of accounts for Companies and Firms
• Preparation of Balance Sheet as per Companies Act including Accounting Standards
• Filing of Income Tax, Service Tax and Vat Returns.
• Formation of companies and filing ROC forms and XBRL forms.
• Handling of income tax scrutiny and other financial matters.

preparing Financial Statements, handling day to day accounting activities, Co-operation in Statutory Audit, Submission of Tax Returns, Overall analysis of an individual order and Tax audits

Ensuring compliances relating to Annual Returns, board/shareholders’ meetings, and other statutory filing with ROC, preparation of reports under CARO, 2003.

Banking activities like preparing loan documents etc.
