We are a rapidly growing real estate company based in Bahawalpur, working on residential and commercial projects. To strengthen our finance and compliance structure, we are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage financial planning, reporting, and internal controls.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage complete financial operations of the company
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Monitor cash flow, project-wise costing, and profitability
• Ensure tax compliance including income tax and sales tax matters
• Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, and consultants
• Maintain internal controls and financial policies
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations
• Oversee accounts team and ensure accurate bookkeeping
• Support management in investment and funding decisions

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 3–5 years relevant experience (real estate preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation laws
• Experience in project-based accounting and cost control
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
