Work Hours: 2:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST (U.S. time-zone alignment)

Role Summary

Striveforce is hiring a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years post-qualification experience to lead the accounting function and manage a team across multiple processes. This role owns financial reporting, audit coordination, contract review support, and lender/banking relationships, working closely with U.S.-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting team and day-to-day workflows (AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, closing).
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and management reports.
• Drive timely month-end and year-end close, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and handle audit schedules, queries, and documentation.
• Review agreements and contracts for financial terms, obligations, risks, and reporting impact.
• Manage banking and lender relations (reporting, documentation, coordination).
• Strengthen internal controls, documentation, and process improvements across accounting operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong fundamentals in accounting and financial statements.
• Comfortable reviewing contracts from a finance/commercial perspective.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities.
