About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–6 years of experience, including at least 1 year in an NBFC environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial expertise, regulatory knowledge, and a strategic mindset to contribute to business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs
• Handle financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee internal controls and risk management frameworks
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management decision-making
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor loan book, provisioning, and overall financial health
• Support business expansion strategies with financial insights
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 4–6 years of total experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an NBFC
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership attitude
