Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Finance Manager who is CA or ACCA qualified to oversee and lead our financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory tracking, cost reconciliation, and stock level monitoring in coordination with inventory teams.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management statements.
• Conduct in-depth profitability, cost, and cash flow analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Ensure timely tax planning and compliance, including GST/VAT, income tax, and other statutory filings.
• Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to vendors while optimizing company cash flow.
• Recommend and implement cost control strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
• Work closely with management on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Maintain and improve internal controls, financial processes, and compliance standards.

Key Requirements:

• CA or ACCA qualified (must be completed).
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial management—preferably in e-commerce, retail, or trading sectors.
• Strong command of accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive, energetic, and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
