Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to head the finance function of our growing organization. This role involves overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, audits, and statutory compliance, while providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, MIS reporting, and forecasting
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial planning
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory regulations
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Strengthen internal controls and implement financial process improvements
• Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management
• Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure timely closure of books

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts
• Strong knowledge of taxation, auditing standards, and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Tally or other ERP systems and advanced MS Excel
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
