Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Semi Qualified or Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, audit, or compliance. This role offers excellent exposure to financial reporting, tax matters, and end-to-end accounting processes while working alongside senior finance professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, GST/TDS filings, and statutory reports.
- Support in internal and statutory audit activities, including documentation and audit schedules.
- Handle accounting operations, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and month-end closing activities.
- Conduct research on accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance updates.
- Participate in client meetings and assist in preparing reports, workpapers, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to deadlines, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to knowledge-building initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Semi Qualified or Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA/Inter CA).
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting, audit, taxation, or compliance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and reporting processes.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/tax software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proactive learning mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
