Role Overview

A leading Steel Manufacturing company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to oversee and strengthen its finance, accounting, and compliance functions. This is a senior-level, hands-on role requiring strong expertise in financial reporting, cost accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, cost control, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle accounting operations for the manufacturing business
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and statutory regulations
• Prepare and review financial statements, tax filings, and audit documentation
• Monitor production costing, inventory valuation, and cost control measures
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
• Implement internal controls and improve financial processes

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and compliance regulations
• Solid experience in cost accounting and inventory management
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
