      • Job Description:

        • FEA/Durability Software: Familiarity with Abaqus, nCODE, and FE-Safe
        • Meshing & CAD Software: Skilled in meshing software such as Altair/Hyperworks, ANSA, and CAD tools like CATIA / 3DX.
        • PLM Software: Experience using PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software, with Teamcenter being preferred.
        • Automotive System Expertise: Experience with suspension, steering, and mounts.
        • Modeling & Correlation: Proven capability in developing high-fidelity models and conducting model correlations with various test teams.
        • Multi-Physics Modeling (Preferred): Expertise in 1D multi-Physics modeling tools such as GT-Suite, AMESim, and Matlab (preferred but not strictly required).
        • CAE Model Development: Building high-quality Durability CAE assembly models for chassis suspension, including defining constraints and loads.
        • Performance Analysis: Conducting Stiffness, Strength, and Durability Analysis.
        • Requirement Fulfillment: Applying Durability CAE methods to support HTIS (likely a specific internal requirement or standard) requirements for suspension and steering subsystems/components.
        • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with Chassis systems and component departments to provide analytical support for product development and problem-solving.
        • Model Enhancement & Validation: Collaborating with D&R (Design & Release) engineers to enhance model predictability, correlation, and validation.
        • Model Correlation: Conducting model correlations to verify subsystem functionality.
        • Results Interpretation & Documentation: Interpreting analysis results, drawing reasonable conclusions, and documenting these results.
