Job Summary

We are seeking a Chat-Based International Sales Executive to assist and convert international customers through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, sales experience, and confidence in engaging with global clients online.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions through chat-based platforms (Discord, Twitch, website chat, etc.)
• Promote products and services to international clients.
• Convert leads into sales by providing accurate product information.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver excellent support.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Gender: Open to Male & Female candidates
• English: Excellent spoken and written communication skills (Required)
• Experience in design sales is a plus
• Familiarity with Twitch, Discord, and online chat support
• Must be comfortable working night shifts (10 PM – 6 AM)
