Chat Sales Agent – Art Commissions (Discord, Twitter/X, Instagram)

We're a digital art studio producing TTRPG character art, illustrations, and custom commissions for clients in the US, UK, and EU. We're hiring a Chat Sales Agent to handle inbound inquiries and convert leads across Discord, Twitter/X, and Instagram.

You won't be drawing — our artists handle that. Your job is to be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that turns a curious DM into a paid commission.

What you'll do

• Engage with prospects on Discord servers, Twitter/X replies and DMs, and Instagram comments and DMs
• Respond to commission inquiries, share our pricing sheet, and qualify leads
• Lock in the brief — references, deadline, deliverables — and hand it to the artist
• Send invoices, follow up on payments, and keep clients updated on queue position
• Track conversations and conversions in our CRM / project board
• Flag scam attempts, chargebacks, and AI-art laundering requests

What we're looking for

• 1–2 years in sales, customer support, or chat-based client handling
• Excellent written English — native-level tone, fast typing, low typos
• Strong working knowledge of Discord (servers, threads, DMs, forum channels) and Twitter/X
• Familiarity with TTRPG culture (D&D, Pathfinder, etc.) — you don't have to play, but you should know what a "tiefling bard" is without Googling
• Calm under pressure, good at saying "no" politely to discount requests, rush jobs, and scope creep
• Comfortable working night shift to align with US/EU client hours

Nice to have (Not Required)

• Past experience selling creative services (art, design, writing, video)
• Light Photoshop skills for sending preview mockups
