Role Overview:

We are seeking a Chat Sales Specialist to manage real-time conversations with potential customers across Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, and TikTok comments/DMs. You will not just be a responder; you will be the bridge between our brand and revenue, using persuasive communication and product knowledge to close deals.

• Real-Time Engagement: Handle incoming chats, comments, and DMs on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok within 1-2 minutes.
• Sales Conversion: Use consultative selling techniques to answer product questions, overcome objections, and guide users from "interested" to "checkout."
• Tone Management: Adapt your tone to each platform (e.g., casual/trendy for TikTok, professional for Facebook, visual/story-driven for Instagram).
• Lead Qualification: Identify high-intent buyers and escalate complex queries to the senior sales team.
• Customer Retention: Send follow-up messages, promotional offers, and abandoned cart reminders via social chat tools.
• Performance Tracking: Meet daily/weekly targets for response time, conversion rate, and average order value (AOV).
