Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly.
  • Provide accurate product/service information.
  • Resolve issues or escalate them when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Meet response time and satisfaction targets.

Qualifications:

  • FSC or equivalent education.
  • Experience in customer support, must have live chat experience.
  • Decent English communication and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in chat software and CRM systems.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends.
