Chat Support Agents

We are looking for Experienced chat support agents with good typing speed

location : gulberg 2 lahore

Shifts:-

Morning 8am to 4pm

Evening 4pm to 12am

Night 12am to 8am

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Monitor customer complaints on social media and communicate with appropriate departments

Qualifications

• Experience as Chat Support Executive or similar role will be a plus
• Typing Speed 30wpm to 40wpm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
