Chat Support CSR

Mash Holdings Group of Companies is looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in chat support to join our team as backup support for various departments related to CSR. Our office is in Firdos Market, Gulberg, Lahore.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming chat messages quickly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain perfect English grammar in written communication.
• Multitask between chats and other support tasks effectively.
• Adapt to the company environment and work collaboratively.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent typing speed with accuracy.
• Fluent in English (written) with strong grammar skills.
• Previous chat support/customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounts/finance is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple chats and tasks simultaneously.

Good To Have: Experience or Knowledge of basic Accounting

Job Details:

• Shift: Morning 10 am onwards (10 hours shift)
• Location: Firdos Market, Gulberg, Lahore
• Salary: Competitive (Based on experience and skills)
