Job Description:

We are hiring a Chat Support Executive to join our team at Dial Edge Telecom. This is a fast-paced customer support role requiring excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage client interactions efficiently through chat-based platforms.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they meet the required skill set.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through chat support professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Maintain high-quality communication with clients
• Record and update customer interactions in the system
• Follow company guidelines and support procedures
• Maintain professionalism under pressure in a high-demand environment

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Must be residing in Islamabad with family
• Bahria Enclave or nearby areas preferred
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (any field)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and VLOOKUP)
• Confident personality with leadership potential
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work night shift (U.S. time zone)
• Ability to handle high workload and limited leave flexibility

Salary & Growth:

• Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 (during probation period)
