Chat Support Executive

Duties & Requirements:

· Core Duties: Coordinating with System tracking, and updating. Real time coordination with team in US/ Canada.

· Handles inbound/outbound communications via WhatsApp chats.

· Work Environment: Highly fast-paced, usually handling international clients (e.g., US/Canada).

· Communication: Excellent written English skills and good speaking skills will be plus.

· Experience: Atleast 6 months of experience as CSR.
