Chat Support (Day Shift)

*Location:* [Gulistan E Jauhar Block 8]

*Type:* Full‑time, Day Shift (9 AM‑5 PM)

*Role:* Respond to customer messages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., providing quick, friendly solutions.

*Key Duties*

- Answer chats promptly

- Resolve issues, escalate as needed

- Keep customers satisfied

- Stay current on products & policies

*Requirements*

- Strong written communication (English/[local language])

- Prior customer‑support or social‑media experience a plus

- Ability to work independently & in a team

- Good problem‑solving skills

- High school diploma or equivalent
