Chat Support Representative

Karachi, Pakistan

We are hiring a Chat Support Representative in Karachi to handle customer and transporter queries through live chat and email. The role involves assisting users with shipments, payments, and platform issues while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer and transporter queries via live chat and email.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipments and accounts.
  • Resolve issues professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain proper chat records in the CRM system.
  • Meet performance goals for response time and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate or above education level.
  • 1–2 years of experience in chat or customer support (eCommerce or logistics preferred).
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and fast typing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools is a plus.
