We are hiring a Chat Support Representative in Karachi to handle customer and transporter queries through live chat and email. The role involves assisting users with shipments, payments, and platform issues while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer and transporter queries via live chat and email.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipments and accounts.
- Resolve issues professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain proper chat records in the CRM system.
- Meet performance goals for response time and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Intermediate or above education level.
- 1–2 years of experience in chat or customer support (eCommerce or logistics preferred).
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and fast typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
- Experience with Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar tools is a plus.
