Chat Support Specialist (Male & Female)

Digital Computing World (DCW), a leading U.S.-based IT reseller working with top brands such as Dell, HP, and Cisco, is seeking motivated individuals to join our Lahore team as Customer Chat Specialists. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate product information and support to customers
• Maintain records and follow up with clients
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
• Perform basic data management tasks using MS Excel
• Deliver excellent customer service with end-to-end resolution

Requirements:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Fresh and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good comprehension and problem-solving abilities
• Basic to advanced computer skills (MS Office & Internet)

Job Details:

• Shift: Evening (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
• Salary: Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 70,000 + Commission

• Location – Iqbal Avenue Phase II, Near Shaukat Khanam Hospital, Lahore
