Salary: AED 12,000 – AED 30,000 (based on experience + performance)
We are seeking an experienced and driven Airplane Charter Sales Broker to join our aviation team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a proven background in private jet charter sales, strong client-relationship skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a sales team. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the dynamics of the charter market, can build structures and processes from the ground up, and consistently delivers high-value results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of charter clients, brokers, and industry partners to maximise revenue and aircraft utilisation.
- Handle end-to-end charter enquiries: aircraft selection, pricing, operator negotiations, contracting, trip coordination, and post-flight follow-up.
- Build, train, and supervise a dedicated sales team; set targets, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality client service.
- Create and implement sales processes, SOPs, and scalable structures to support business growth.
- Analyse market trends, competitor behaviour, and pricing to optimise sales strategy.
- Maintain strong relationships with operators, owners, and global charter networks.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
- Ensure all charters comply with regulatory, safety, and internal company standards.
- Support marketing efforts through charter promotion, lead generation initiatives, and participation in aviation events.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years proven experience in aircraft charter sales (business jets preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong existing network of HNWI, brokers, operators, and charter clients is highly desirable.
- Experience managing and mentoring sales staff — including setting KPIs and leading a high-performance team.
- Ability to build sales infrastructure, workflows, and market strategy from inception.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-relationship skills.
- Strong understanding of global charter operations, aircraft types, routing, and cost structures.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle time-critical missions, and manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
