Chattanooga Family looking for Proactive Nanny! ($20-24/hr + Guaranteed Hours + Additional Benefits)

Family "S" is seeking a dependable, proactive nanny to support their vibrant household of three children: two school-aged girls and a newborn baby boy. Their parenting style is intentional, systems-oriented, and deeply involved. They lead with empathy and clear boundaries, following through consistently on both consequences and rewards. This family has a strong track record as employers, with long-tenured staff across their businesses, and they bring that same spirit of mutual respect, communication, and flexibility into their home.

"U" (6) is creative, a little shy at first, and blossoms quickly once she feels comfortable. She loves all forms of art, enjoys Uno and board games, and plays soccer and ballet on Saturdays. She has a natural curiosity and a big heart.

"L" (4), is imaginative, spirited, and self-directed. She is a self-proclaimed "mud girl" who loves getting her hands dirty, creating elaborate worlds with her toys and stuffies, and entertaining herself outdoors for hours. She also enjoys soccer and ballet. Both girls love being read to and playing outside together.

"L" is the newest addition to the family. The family follows a Moms on Call schedule for him and prioritizes tummy time, sensory play, and brain-building activities during his early months.

The position will begin in the family's private office, where the nanny will care for Baby "L" while Mom is nearby seeing patients. As the newborn baby grows, the role will transition to the family home. Responsibilities include supporting all three children's daily routines, light household tasks such as laundry, ironing, resetting backpacks and lunches, and keeping the children's spaces organized. Occasional personal errands such as dropping off packages, depositing checks, or picking up dry cleaning may also be requested. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required, as some transportation may be needed from time to time.

Compensation and benefits:

• $20-24 per hour
• 36-40 guaranteed hours per week

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30A-5:30P
• Friday: 7:30A-12:30P/4:30P (Flexible)

Start date and commitment:

• April 13
• Long-term commitment (at least 1 year)
