Duties

  • Operate systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly
  • Greet patients warmly, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries with professionalism
  • Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cash, and credit
  • Demonstrate phone etiquette when assisting patients over the phone or via digital communication channels

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse patients
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for cash handling and sales calculations
